Downloading the video to your iPod:

PC users: Right-click on the file link: http://www.mclibrary.duke.edu/about/orientation/library_orientation.m4v and
choose "Save Target As..." for IE or "Save link as..." for Firefox. Save the file to your hard drive wherever you save
files in order to get them to sync with your iPod. This will be the same place that you save your music/videos to for syncing with your iPod.

Mac users: Syncing with an iPod is really easy! Right click on the link: http://www.mclibrary.duke.edu/about/orientation/library_orientation.m4v.
One of the options is "Open With iTunes" - this option will immediately put this item into your iTunes library.
