A DHE Active Directory username and password are required to login to our system. The first time you login you will be asked to provide personal information, such as name, address, email, and preferences. All the information you provide will be preserved, so that you do not have to submit it with each new order.

Once connected to the system with a username and password, items can be requested electronically by choosing the request type from the ILL Main Menu.

How much does this cost? If the article is:

• Available in the Medical Center Library Stacks - FREE.
  (The three-month Pilot Test was successful. The Library will continue to offer this service at no charge.)
• Available from Duke storage (LSC) or another Duke library - FREE
• Not available at Duke - $11 per article plus copyright fees or additional charges
