The Trent Associates are a "friends" group named in honor of Dr. Josiah Charles Trent, one of the original Duke Medicine faculty, whose personal medical history collection is a major foundation stone of our present History of Medicine Collections. The Associates receive a printed copy of the Trent Associates Report and personal invitations to all activities and special events, including the collaborative speaker series with UNC-CH. Membership dues are used to purchase noteworthy additions to the rare collection and to assist with the production of special publications.
