Journals that Submit Articles to PubMed Central

This is a list of the journals that submit articles directly to PubMed Central on behalf of their authors. If you publish in one of these journals, no further action is needed to comply with the submission requirement of the NIH Public Access Policy.

Additional Publisher Policies

The Medical Center Library is creating another database of journals that comply with the NIH Public Access Policy, which will indicate whether they submit manuscripts on your behalf. These will include publishers that have not signed an agreement with NIH and are not on the list above.
