Your request will be sent to an email account that will be checked once a day, Monday through Friday. The length of time required for a response for help will depend on the nature of your question. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Library Service Desk at (919) 660-1100 and you will be directed to the appropriate staff, if necessary. Reference librarians are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday. Holiday hours will vary.
