Healthy Carolinians - North Carolina 2010 Health Objectives

These objectives set out a comprehensive agenda that provides a direction for improving the health and well being of North Carolinians over the next decade. The objectives include: chronic diseases, disability, oral health, infectious diseases, injuries, older adult health, mental health, infant mortality, health promotion, community and environmental health, and access to health care.
