Limiting to Full Text
This limits your retrieval to only articles provided electronically in full text by the database provider (EBSCO). This does NOT include the additional online articles that are available through subscriptions from the Medical Center Library or Duke Libraries. Use the SFX button to connect to these. Limiting to Full Text will cause you to miss a large number of online and print journal articles that are available to Duke users!

Limiting to Abstract Available
CINAHL records include author-written abstracts, when they are available. The database producers do not add abstracts. Limiting to Abstract Available can cause you to miss potentially useful articles, such as some review articles, that do not have an abstract.
