Getting Started
Before beginning to search any database, you need to:
- Define your search topic and focus your research question
- Know the difference between a subject heading and a keyword
- Identify the unique concepts so that they can be searched separately and then combined
- Understand the difference between CINAHL and PubMed/MEDLINE
