Certain limiting features should be used with caution. They may limit your retrieval in ways you don't expect and are generally not recommended.

Limiting to "Full Text"
This limits your retrieval to articles provided electronically in full text by the database producer (CINAHL) or distributor (Ovid). These are only a few of the articles available to you online. Additional online articles are provided by the publishers or through other databases. Use the SFX button called "Get it @ Duke" to connect to these.

Limiting to "Local Holdings"
This limits your results to print journals in the DUMC Library building and will eliminate titles that are only available online.

Limiting to "EBM Reviews"
This only retrieves articles with links to the three databases in Ovid's "EBM Reviews" suite of databases: The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews; ACP Journal Club; Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects. There are many other articles that describe studies and provide data or "evidence."

You will have the best chance of retrieving articles owned by Duke if you do not use any of these limits.
