After opening EndNote on your computer, you will need to create a new EndNote library or open an existing EndNote library to hold the saved citations from your PubMed search.

To open an existing library, select the library name from the dropdown menu. You may also use the browse button to locate a library not listed in the dropdown menu. For this exercise, you will create a new library to hold the saved citations from your PubMed search.

Step One: Create a new EndNote library.
